The print edition of the atlas is available in PDF and gzip'ed PostScript format. It contains the map pages (Doh!) plus an index and a legend.

Due to webspace constraints only the German version is available. You may be able to build your own English version. Have a look at the Building Instructions. However, English text is in the legend, which is available as a makeshift PDF version (30 kB), and some comments about why a certain line is missing which you can safely ignore.
