Before a line can be decommisioned it has to be offered to third parties. The Second Law on Revision of Railway Related Regulations (Zweites Gesetz zur Änderung eisenbahnrechtlicher Vorschriften) allowed to publish such offers through the internet. Deutsche Bahn AG does so on http://www.bahn.de/konzern/netz/infrastruktur/die_bahn_abgabe_eisenbahninfra.shtml.
Since offers are removed after the deadline they will be collected here.
