Before a line can be decommisioned it has to be offered to third parties. The Second Law on Revision of Railway Related Regulations (Zweites Gesetz zur Änderung eisenbahnrechtlicher Vorschriften) allowed to publish such offers through the internet. This option is used by companies other than DB as well.
I will collect all such offers here that I become aware of. Since I cannot monitor the web sites of all companies I would be grateful for any hint towards an offer sent to hn@nvnv.de
